Question about package being shipped via USPS?

I ordered a life vest on ebay for my son. We also just moved. I changed my address through paypal but for some reason it is still being shipped to my old address. I already put a change of address form in through the post office and since it is coming by mail I am wondering if they will forward it or send it back?

I think your address has to be confirmed before they will ship it. You need to contact them and get your address cofirmed.

I dont think it's a problem with the post office, but with the paypal or the seller. The post office simply delivers a package as it's addressed...and if you notified your old P.O. of the move, they will FWD it. The problem could be....your only "confirmed" shipping address is the old one. Some sellers will only ship to confirmed addresses. You need to look into re-clarifying you confirmed address with paypal. This is not the definite answer...but a real possibility. I moved last year and had this problem, look into it!
