Paypal Help... cancellling an account?
Hi everyone, i really need your help here!A few years a go, my family was with comcast. At the time, my mom and I signed up for an account using the comcast email. hen we sqitched providers, so we lost the email.We were trying to see if we could get into the account, but we couldn't get the pasword, neither could we get into the email address (since it was cancelled)Who do we talk to about this?

Paypal Help... cancellling an account?
Call Paypal and ask to speak to a supervisor. Explain the situation that you do not have access to that account but you are able fax or send proof that you are the owner of the account. Tell them you would like to cancel the account once your Info/Identity has been confirmed. If you have money in the account then it will be sent via a check to your address on file with paypal.I hope this helps.
